Biography of Dr. Mrs Ibukun Awosika
Ibukunoluwa Abiodun Awosika is a businesswoman, author, and motivational speaker from Nigeria. Her parents were Mr. Abdulmashood Adekola and Mrs. Hannah Aduke Adekola, and she was born on December 24, 1962. She is the third child of seven and hails from Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
Ibukun attended Methodist Girls' High School in Yaba Lagos for her secondary education after completing her elementary education at St. Paul's African Church Primary School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) before moving on. She ultimately chose to take elective courses in accounting despite initially wanting to study architecture.
She has completed a number of business programs at the Lagos Business School and IESE Business School University of Navarra, earning postgraduate and MBA certifications. Ibukun Awosika completed her required one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

Ibukunoluwa Abiodun Awosika (born Bilkisu Abiodun Motunrayo Omobolanle Adekola on December 24, 1962) is Nigerian. She is the first female Chairperson of First Bank of Nigeria.[1][2] She was appointed as a member of Binance Global Advisory Board in September 2022.[3][4]
Early life and education
[edit]Born as the third child of seven children in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, Ibukun completed her primary and secondary school education at St. Paul's African Church Primary School, Lagos and Methodist Girls' High School, Yaba respectively before she proceeded to the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) where she graduated with a BSc in Chemistry although she had initially wanted to study Architecture at the University of Navarra.[5][6]

I attended the passion for business segment organised by my church (TPH) on onsdag på engelska , where Mrs Ibukun Awosika was the guest speaker.
