Historique
[modifier | modifier le code]À l’origine, Red Ketchup est apparu en en tant que personnage secondaire dans la série Michel Risque, publiée dans le magazine d’humourCroc et en albums dans la collection «Croc albums» des éditions Logiques[4]. Devant la réaction positive des lecteurs, les auteurs ont profité du lancement du magazine de bande dessinée Titanic en pour lancer l’agent Red Ketchup dans ses propres aventures[5]. Depuis, il est devenu un personnage culte de la bande dessinée québécoise[6].

[edit]Steve "Red" Ketchup — an albino empowered by chemical means — is a former police officer, now FBI agent. Ruthless and violent, a combatant skilled in both armed and unarmed fighting techniques, he appears to be invulnerable, apparently through a combination of being incredibly fit, having a high pain threshold, and drug overdose. Ketchup is a veteran of the Vietnam War.[5]
