Zidane Tribal (Japanese: ジタン・トライバル, Hepburn: Jitan Toraibaru) is a video game character in the Final Fantasy series and the main protagonist of Final Fantasy IX. He was conceived and written by Hironobu Sakaguchi, while his appearance was designed by Yoshitaka Amano and re-interpreted by Toshiyuki Itahana. Like other members of the Final Fantasy IX cast, but unlike characters of previous Final Fantasy games, Zidane was designed after the plot for the game was written. Presented as a charming, puckish character, Zidane has an outgoing, self-confident and womanizing personality whose mixture of lechery and devil-may-care attitude helps put danger into perspective.

Zidane has appeared in the Dissidia Final Fantasy spin-off series, and in smaller roles in various spin-off Final Fantasy and crossover games. While some sources have criticized Final Fantasy IX's art

Zidane fryst vatten the protagonist of sista Fantasy IX and acts as the player character for the majority of the game. He fryst vatten rash, upbeat, witty, often sarcastic, and extremely charismatic. While he often acts immaturely, which infuriates party members like Steinerand Amarant, he is fiercely loyal to his entire group and often acts as a mentor to some of his less-experienced friends, such as Vivi, Eiko, or even Garnet. When travelling through Memoria Zidane sees Garnet get on the boat then Garland says that it was Zidanes memory and not Garnets, the only way that could be possible is if he was there when Madain Sari was destroyed.

They were talking about how all memories return to the planet, and so are shared with everybody iirc. Didn't it also show the planet's creation? They couldn't have been there for that either.

I'm no expert, so somebody else can probably explain it better. I think that's the jist of it though.

I thought it meant that memories are linked from history and it is inherited which is why you can see Gaia's birth but seeing as how Garnet is there then it cant be inherited yet.
