    Tony's journey into acting started in 1997, and he made his Nollywood debut in 1998. He was invited to audition for the movie "Betrayer 2" at Ajao Estate in 1997. Fortunately, he met Kenneth Okonkwo on set, who offered him the role of a minister in the Igbo film. Tony, who was paid a meager N2,000 for the role in 1997, borrowed his brother-in-law's babariga to portray the character convincingly.
