Go Jung-gi, aka Junggigo, is a South Korean singer who started his career in music in with the Starship Entertainment company. However, he didn't release his first solo single 'Byebyebye' until , preferring instead to work with other musicians on their tracks. In his contract with Starship expired and he left the company to form his own label.

Biography:
Junggigo became a household name through the song "Some" featuring Soyu of Sistar in The song was an ultimate hit, staying number one on major music charts for several weeks in a row (something rarely seen in the fast-paced and dynamic world of k-pop). However, he had been making music for many years before that.
He started his career under the name Cubic. He featured for many artists including Defconn and Jazzy Ivy. In fact, he and Jazzy Ivy formed a duo called Seoulstar in , although they only released one single together. Starting in , through the song "That Man That Woman" by The Quiett, Junggigo started to go by his current name now along with Cubic. He continued to gather further experience, working and collaborating with artists like Eluphant, Epik High, Mad Clown, and Dok2.
He finally released his own single in titled "Byebyebye". He
